LDÑO Studio (“we,” “us”) is a custom jewelry studio based in Brooklyn, New York. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Contact and inquiry information: your name, email, phone number, and project details when you submit our contact form or email us.
Commission information: ring sizes, design preferences, reference images, shipping and billing addresses, and photos and certification details of any stone you provide.
Payment information: payments are processed by Squarespace Payments. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list.
Website usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through our website platform [and cookies].
Identification: if we do not know you personally, we may view your photo ID at in-person pickup to verify your identity. [We do not keep a copy.]
How we use your information
To respond to inquiries, design and make your piece, process payments, ship or hand off your order, send updates about your project, send newsletters if you subscribed, keep records of commissions and stones we receive, and improve our website.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run our business, such as our website host, payment processor, email platform, shipping carriers, and CAD designers or casting partners who need project details to make your piece. They may use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose it if required by law.
Photos of our work
We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio and social media. We will not identify you by name or show personal details without your permission, and you can opt out in writing at any time.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
We keep commission records for as long as needed to provide warranty and maintenance service, and to meet legal and tax obligations. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
